That is crazy awesome. The lighting adds to the effect of the overall image. Is it inked? Or PS'd?

Thanks man! I’ve all the piece done entirely in PS, I used to do the pencils and paper then paint digitally with my wacom, but recently started to draw and paint entirely digitally, i think the final result is more what I’m looking for.
